YOUR COMMISSION The following information is needed to create the best possible sculpture for your environment. DESIGN - Browse our website GALLERY. Designs can be created to any size or color. COLOR - Samples of fabric, paint, rug, tiles or any other items that would be helpful to "get a feel for the room". SIZE - Maximum of 4' X 8' per sculpture.
TERMS - There are three parts to each sculpture as
seen in photo on right.

Optional ARTWORK PROPOSALS $100 Consultation Fee - We will Photoshop your choice of design into your environment. When you approve the proposal this fee is credited to your Start Deposit. Additional information needed for Artwork Proposal:  1. Cut paper the size of the sculpture you have in mind, tape it to the wall. This gives us the scale of the wall. 2. Take picture of wall with paper and any other sections of your room. This gives us a better feel of your surroundings. 3. E-mail picture to jp@jeannepetrosky.com. Your chosen design will then be inserted into your environment. We can provide various options if needed.

PAYMENT Please make checks payable to: JPDesign 50% Start Deposit - upon authorization to start your commission, this deposit becomes non-refundable. 50% Due Upon Receipt - Shipping is available at your expense. Work is guaranteed to your satisfaction. If this has not been accomplished and we cannot reach a suitable solution, your money is refunded excluding the initial 50% deposit and all shipping charges.
